All returns and carrier claims must be submitted through the DM HUB — our new customer portal with all the tools and resources to simplify doing business with DM.

To access the DM HUB, login to www.DM-hub.net using your existing DM credentials.

Once inside the hub, you’ll see “Returns & Claims” in the top menu bar.
