Trudy joined DM in 1995 and has held positions spanning from Marketing to Facilities Management but found her true talents in human resources. In 2005, she successfully restructured the HR department to better align with business goals, objectives and culture. Today, as the Vice President of HR and Facilities, Trudy leads her DM team to be strategic business partners and leads her pickleball league in wins!
Education: B.A. in Business Administration from Fontbonne University, M.B.A. from Lindenwood University
