Michelle joined DM in 2003 as a Development Team Lead after working as a web consultant to the company 6 years prior. Her commitment to the customer and technology have proven to be a major benefit to all involved. Because of that commitment, Michelle has earned multiple promotions throughout her tenure with DM. In 2013, Michelle moved into her current role as Senior VP of Information Services, and in 2025 she was recognized by the St Louis CIO community as the winner of the ORBIE Award in the Enterprise category for St Louis CIO of the year. Michelle excels at leading her teams to meet the demands of the integrated world of data and ecommerce.

Education – B.A. in Computer Science from Goshen College
