Karen joined Tom Fleming, DM founder, in 1984 as the assistant at his St. Louis-based office products dealership and has been a valued employee ever since. She’s held multiple positions over the years in sales, operations and management, but it’s her ability to collaborate and problem solve that makes her such a respected leader in the company. She also has a great sense of style and wicked sense of humor!
